Today I was washing an old style homemade Finnish mat and as I stopped to reflect upon the day of what had just been, I sensed this season is one where the Lord is removing the old mindsets of yesterday that need to be washed and cleansed for the new season ahead. There are mindsets that had its place in the past, in our history, in our journeys, but the Lord says it’s time for the new.
New mindsets, renewed mindsets, redeemed perspectives, restored and cleansed minds. For the new to come, requires the old to be washed, removed, and replaced.
I wonder what mindsets the Lord wants to renew in our minds? He is the best teacher and instructor, may He lead us into all truth.
